Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Support sales team in CS role to take care the customers for the after sales services.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure the business operation is under good run as well as meet the customers need and requirements.
  • Manage inbound calls/emails/fax or in person from customers interested in renting a factory with BWID. 
  • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns, resolve complains, emergencies and problems and provide factory renting service to customers.
  • Maintain communication with sales team to address day-to-day needs and special requests.
  • Other tasks assigned by the direct manager from time to time.


  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • 3-year experience in CS 
  • Proficient in spoken and written English and Korean
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, 
  • Professional customer service skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skill
  • Well organization & time management.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
