Finance - Intern – Finance AI & Automation

1. AI Tools & Innovation Research

• Continuously explore, test, and compare AI and automation tools relevant to finance (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Manus, etc).
• Assist in preparation of weekly update report summarizing new tools, features, pros & cons, and comparison with current solutions.
• Assist in preparation of bi-weekly use cases starting from simple daily task.

2. Pain Point Collection & Solution Tracking

• Assist in gathering feedback from the accounting and finance teams on current pain points, inefficiencies, or manual tasks.
• Maintain and update a centralized tracker of problems and proposed solutions, including status (e.g., researching tool, waiting vendor feedback, in testing).
• Support in identifying simple areas that can be automated or improved.

3. Meeting & Vendor Support

• Take meeting notes during calls with vendors or internal discussions on AI/digital projects.
• Help schedule meetings between external vendors, consultants, and internal teams.
• Track next steps and deadlines in shared action plans or project trackers.

4. Documentation & Training Support

• Assist in preparing internal documentation (e.g., process descriptions, FAQs, tool guidelines).
• Help organize training materials or how-to guides for finance staff adopting new tools.
• Support in collecting feedback after training sessions or pilots.

• 3rd-year, or 4th-year student (Bachelor’s degree) in Finance, Business, or IT.
• Interest in digital tools, AI, and automation – experience with any tools like ChatGPT, Copilot, Note LLM, or Power Automate is a bonus.
• Experience in finance/accounting automation projects is an advantage.
• Strong research and organizational skills – able to summarize and present findings clearly.
• Comfortable with tools like Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and scheduling via Teams/Outlook.
• Good communication skills in Vietnamese and English.
• Willing to learn, take initiative, and support a fast-moving transformation project.
