Human Resources - Administration - Intern – Human Resources & Admin

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

HR Support:

  • Input and update employee records in HR databases and systems
  • Assist with preparation and filing of HR documents and personnel files
  • Support recruitment activities including CV screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication
  • Assist in onboarding documentation and logistics

Admin Support:

  • Act as the front-desk receptionist: welcome guests, handle calls, and manage meeting room bookings
  • Provide general support with office maintenance and facilities coordination
  • Assist in organizing internal company events and meetings
  • Support other administrative tasks as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational and time-management skills
  • Friendly, proactive, and service-minded attitude
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and Canva
  • Good communication skills in English
