HANDOVER OF MY PHUOC 3 – PHASE 2

We are thrilled to announce the completed construction on My Phuoc 3 – Phase 2 since end of July 2019. The constructed phases are fully occupied and being handed over to our excited tenants which include: Yuek Tone (Hong Kong); MotoMotion Vietnam Limited Company (China); Click (China); Nextern (EU); Carrying Mate (Hong Kong); Just (Japan) to name a few.

Due to ever-increasing demand for high-specification factories, BW is accelerating the construction progress for the next phases of all projects. Especifically, VSIP Bac Ninh has already been completed in July 2019 and VSIP Hai Phong will be completed by February 2020. My Phuoc 3 – Phase 3 will be completed by the end of 2019, and Bau Bang (Phase 3-4-5) by the first quarter of 2020 to welcome the next coming investors.

THE STORY OF ECCO AT BW’S BAU BANG

When choosing a manufacturing site, our priorities are stability and flexibility. Of course, there are other reasons; such as, good customer care, good pricing, new facilities, and good maintenance.

But we are also looking for sites that give something unique. For instance, we found Bau Bang of BW in Binh Duong as a great opportunity to make a new factory that really stands out.

BW will give you a good building, they have a lot of availability and they’re able to act fast. They also have a great geographical spread across the country. Very very good people to work with, I highly recommend them.
