Executive – Customer Service

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Resolve tenant inquiries, complaints and requests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Support and advise tenants for the after sales services such as transfer of utilities contract, compliance with laws and regulations of the government and industrial park developers, fire safety regulations, licensing application, labor force, tax and other value-added services …etc.
  • Co-ordinate with Facilities Management team on handover and takeover of the leased units to ensure compliance with BWID Fit-out Guidelines and quality of the leased units
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure the smooth business operation and satisfactory tenants in daily operation
  • Maintain close communication with sales team to address daily needs, special requests from the tenants and leasing issues
  • Maintain proper documentation of tenant-related documents, handover/ takeover minutes and other communication with tenants
  • Perform other related duties as requested

REQUIREMENTS

  • Must proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin)
  • Bachelor’s degree in related fields
  • 3 to 5-year of experience in Customer Service 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Professional customer service skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skill
  • Well organization & time management
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
  • Mature, patient, attentive, detail-oriented, dynamic and proactive
