Regarding Fraudulent Sales of Tan Hiep Logistics Park

It has come to our attention that there have been fraudulent activities involving the purported sale of our project, the 64.57-hectare Tan Hiep Logistics Park in Long Thanh District, Dong Nai province.

An unknown source has been circulating false information, along with a counterfeit seal, falsely soliciting the transfer of shares in this project. These practices have led to misunderstandings that we are offering to sell the project.

We take such matters seriously and have taken immediate action to address these issues by requesting the local police to investigate these activities.

We would like to emphasize that BW has no intention to sell this project but is in the process of developing it. Any claims suggesting otherwise are entirely false and misleading.

We urge all our stakeholders to remain vigilant and not be cheated by any such false offer, and to report any suspicious activities to the appropriate authorities.
