Accounting - Senior Manager – Accounting
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and oversee a portfolio of companies and its daily accounting operations
- Participate in the ongoing development of accounting policies, systems, and procedures.
- Be responsible for reporting all spectrum of financials to BOM.
- Perform tax review and reporting according to local legislation.
- Perform forecast of company cash flow and PL, closely monitor company cash flow.
- Significant involvement in various projects including ECM, Corporate Finance, automation etc.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting/Auditing or equivalent.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- More than 10-year relevant experience
- Real estate industry experience is essential
- Experience on M&A and deal structuring is essential
- Equity capital markets (bond or equity raising) experience is useful
- Detailed and hands-on approach to work and strong project management skills
- Understands details of relevant government regulations and policies
- Able to explain complex matters well
- Able to handle stress, tight deadlines and can manage multiple tasks at same time.
