Zhaochi Expands Vietnam Operations: 4 Million Annual TV Shipments and 60,000 Square Meters Added to Facility

In October, at the headquarters of Shenzhen MTC Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Zhaochi”) in Shenzhen, Zhaochi and Vietnam BW Industrial Joint Stock Company (hereinafter referred to as “BW”) officially signed an expansion lease agreement for the Nhon Trach Industrial Park in Dong Nai, Vietnam. This agreement marks another significant step for Zhaochi in expanding its operations in Vietnam following the trial production that began earlier this year. It reflects the company’s commitment to accelerating growth in the television sector, optimizing its industrial layout, and boosting production capacity at its overseas base.

Founded in April 2005 and headquartered in Longgang District, Shenzhen, Zhaochi was listed on the SME Board of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange in June 2010, with the stock code 002429. Zhaochi’s core business focuses on the design, development, production, and sales of products such as LCD TVs, set-top boxes, LED components and modules, network communication terminals, and internet entertainment. Through years of dedicated effort, Zhaochi has become an ideal partner for global consumer electronics brands and hardware manufacturers, offering highly competitive home entertainment products to well-known domestic and international brands. According to data from Runto Technology, Zhaochi’s TV ODM business achieved annual shipments of approximately 10.5 million units last year, a year-on-year increase of 24.7%, ranking third among TV ODM manufacturers in shipment volume. In the first half of this year, Zhaochi’s TV shipments ranked second in the industry. Additionally, overseas business accounts for over half of Zhaochi’s total revenue.

BW is a leading logistics and industrial real estate platform in Vietnam. Through this lease expansion, Zhaochi Vietnam’s production area will increase from nearly 40,000 square meters to almost 100,000 square meters. With this additional space, Zhaochi Vietnam’s annual output is projected to reach 4 million TV units and 100 million LED light strips.

After the signing ceremony, Zhaochi’s Vice President, He Shengbin, shared insights on Zhaochi’s investments in Vietnam with suppliers who attended the event. BW also provided an overview of Vietnam’s national context, relevant investment policies, and addressed several key questions. This agreement highlights Zhaochi’s recognition of BW’s high-quality services.
