BW Donates 1 Billion VND To AID Typhoon Yagi Recovery

In these challenging times across the country, timely support is of utmost importance. With our deepest sympathy, BW hopes that our contribution of 1 billion VND to the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Binh Duong province will help local communities in the aftermath of Typhoon Yagi, assisting them in the recovery and swift return to regular life.
“Donation activities are an integral part of BW’s company culture, as we recognize the importance of acting responsibly and empathetically, especially in the wake of natural disasters and other crises,” said Lance Li, CEO of BW.
Charity initiatives are key to BW’s ESG strategy. In 2021, during the COVID-19 pandemic, BW donated 1 billion VND for vaccines and, with ESR, repurposed 80,000 m² of warehouse space into a field treatment center.
