Capital Market - Intern – Capital Market
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct market research on Industrial Park Real Estate (including ready-built factories and warehouses for rent) and provide necessary information to banks for loan approvals.
- Work directly with banks to obtain exchange rate quotes and weekly term deposit interest rates as required by superiors.
- Process and prepare post-loan documentation.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the team and Direct Manager.
REQUIREMENTS
- 4th-year student majoring in Finance, Banking, or Economics majors.
- Commitment to have full-time internship up to 6 months (Monday to Friday).
- Agile, hardworking, and possess a strong learning spirit.
