ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist to do administration work, document control, manage information database, tracking budget
- Support in tender & post-tender process including coordinating with vendors and related internal departments for contract review & sign off, processing and submitting payment documents to approval system; following up to ensure timely payment
- Submit related reports and tenants related documents in the approval system
- Follow up, coordinate with other teams during the assigned project’s execution and timely update to Direct Manager
- Other tasks assigned by the Direct Manager
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or other related fields
- At least 2 years of working experience in customer service, admin support, or facilites management services
- Proficient in spoken and written English
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Work and Excel)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and good at data analysis
- Can do attitude; willing to learn
- Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas
