ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Interact with end-users and external vendors for analysis and troubleshooting related to IT applications on daily basis.
- Contribute innovative ideas to promote efficiency and automation applied to IT systems.
- Liaison with Senior Executive – IT Support, end-users and external vendors/consultants during the new features development and implementation of IT systems.
- Cooperate with business departmental personnel to ensure a “team effort” working well and diligently with them and providing prompt service.
- Handle general system administrative works including users and security management.
- Design and setup new Operational Automation (OA) processes as per business requirements.
- Create and maintain job schedules, job tracking, team communications, reports, and other documents that may be required.
- Provide organized and informative system documentation, such as details of business requirement specification, application configuration, installation, user manual guide…
- Keep Senior Manager – IT informed of all aspects on assigned projects and initiatives.
- Facilitate User Acceptance Test among business users and external vendors/consultants for new software projects.
- Contribute to and maintain a knowledge base of previous support issues and tickets.
- Provide professional level of IT service to related stakeholders.
- Support other company’s tasks according to assignments.
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Computers or equivalent and one year of similar or related experience.
- Knowledge of installing, configuring, or supporting business applications.
- Knowledge of query and Relational database system like Microsoft SQL Server, data warehouse.
- Knowledge of data visualization tools such as PowerBI
- Knowledge of application development process and API integration.
- Ability to work well with others member service focused with exceptional follow-up and attention to detail.
- Good English verbal and written communication skills including the ability to create organized and informative reports, as well as comprehensive, accurate documentation.
- Good organizational skills.
- Must be able to work as part of a team.
- Ability to participate in multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to tight schedules.
- Assertive, resourceful self-starter with excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills; can understand and express appropriate levels of urgency.
- Ability to work well with members of other departments to troubleshoot and resolve problems related to application support.
- Ability to work well under pressure and with deadlines.
- Knowledge of accounting or ERP system is a plus.
